The notion of soaking rather grosses me out. Soaking is for beans intended for homemade soup, not my person...and if I partook of Scotch, I'd throw up...in the bathtub if need be). I am however, genuinely grateful for this kind of information. At this point in my life, I'm fairly dependent on such referrals as I haven't the time to make myself awares on my own. Sad, but true. I s'pose it would be more sad if I took the time to make my brain a giant, vast, amazing thing and let my small children fend for themselves. Thanks for the info.
