Can’t you just see it? All those Water Buffalo’s sitting around a fire that night, drinking a cold one telling stories about the look in the lions eyes when the horns came at him. In the lion camp those lions blaming each other for the one that got away, saying what they would have done if they didn’t have water in their eyes from Crocodile splashes.
GI Joe was that way too. I miss the days of getting riddled with .50 Cal gunfire and being able to scream “Yo Joe” before heading back to the secret base for a warm glass of milk.
Oh…oh god. I am SUCH an idiot. An idiot with NO SENSE OF HUMOR. I wondered why Michael thought that a children’s character cookbook was humorous or noteworthy. I thought I had the corner on scatological funny, but I guess most emphatically not.

Not for the hungry hungry lions and crocs there isn’t. They all die of starvation in the sequel.

Do ANY ANIMALS suffer and/or perish in this film?
December 13, 2007
Thursday at 10:59 am
Oh there’s suffering, but I think all the perishing happens off-screen, as Mike mentioned, as the Lions and Crocs fail to eat.
It’s like an A-Team episode: Lots of shooting but no blood.

Thanks as always for the enlightenment, Corey.
