The shtick is that a guy has a Christmas dream-come-true, and gets to host his own 60's style Hollywood variety show. It's meant to be an homage to that sound, the Doc Severinsen thing, with all the cliches and a little bit of the camp. That's me, baby. Campy musical cliches, written to order.
