I love the corded phone. We live in a 40 year-old house that still has a phone desk (which, when I win the lottery, will become additional counter space). Remember when people had to sit down at a desk to talk on the phone?
I must use this opportunity to recall my APU small group that sang and Kevin Costner’s parents’ church. His mom, Sharon Costner, was in charge of the after-church pot luck.
In conclusion, Mike is absolutely correct, the late ’80s were special and magical times.
