My friends, I can’t tell you how wonderful this little experiment has been. I love the music, and I love that you all buy into these kinds of ideas. Thank you all for being a little bit of sanity in the midst of the Christmas madness.

I attended some friends’ annual Christmas Music Party last night.  One guy sang an acapella tune that blew me away.  He said it was called “Resolution” by Kurt Elling.  Really, Kurt Elling wrote words to John Coltrane’s solo from “A Love Supreme” (1965).  Am I the last to hear about Kurt Elling?  For those of you in SoCal, he will be at Catalina’s in Hollywood in March.
