For those of you interested in hearing the difference between a board mix (an unprocessed bounce of the raw audio) and a final mix (compression, eq, reverb, etc….) sounds like, I urge you to go visit our MySpace page and hear some examples.

You may remember the two rough mixes we put up a few weeks ago whilst we were still in tracking mode. Well… they sound better now.
Enjoy… and tell all your friends. :) The record drops Oct. 1.
Okay, this might sound crazy. And it’s none of my frickin’ business. But you should get one of those agents who pimp artists’ music to TV shows. “Be Good” has end-of-season montage written all over it. (And I realize there’s a certain irony in this suggestion, since “Unplug” is the other tune you have posted…but I’m a 90s kid, so I’m perfectly content with irony.) THIS IS GOOD, GOOD STUFF.
We are loving it. Seriously, Mike has been playing the mixes you’ve sent him non-stop, and the list just gets longer everyday. It’s good you guys. So good. Can’t wait for the live show.
I’m so biased that my opinion should just be tolerantly smiled at as you tolerate my scribblings. Having said that, I WILL pronounce this album worthy of platinum status. In my humble maternal opinion. Chad and Erica, having listened to the final product from beginning to finish, I am breathless and honored to have watched the evolution of this project from that first firing neuron to Mr. Toad’s wild ride last Monday. Love you both to bursting!!!
