Open Source Theology?

ost

Apparently, the folks over at Open Source Theology have very strong opinions about who is, and is not, allowed to participate in helping them formulate their theology.

I thought this juxtaposition was pretty funny.

Bob, I was just making a funny. I know you need an account, and all that. I saw the button for “create content” hit it, got this screen, and thought that it was a very funny twist of language.

    Not raising a crap-storm. Promise.

It’s a little obscure for “Headlines” on the Tonight Show, but it reminds me of the probably apocryphal but oft-repeated account of the following sign:

On the walls of a Baltimore estate
“Trespassers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
    — Sisters of Mercy”
