hahahaha….Isn’t Bootcamp a MAC program? Wait don’t tell me….it wasnt Bootcamp…it was XP. Didn’t you read that Bootcamp was beta?

Slightly off topic…

Went to NAB and the big thing at the Apple booth was an Intel Macbook 17″ running Shake and they were saying “it runs at twice the speed as a G5.” Behold the glory!

I walked away laughing. I’ve been running twice as fast as a G5 for a few years now. Good ol’ Steve is a genius in convincing Mac lovers that they exist in a vacuum…

But they do make pretty stuff….I’ll give em that.

I feel your pain, dude. Well, sort of… I can’t exactly speak from experience, but I sorta know what you mean at least. I have rebuilt systems a lot though.

thanks for the warning, Mike. I was tempted to run it so I caould use a single computer as a testing bed for multiple platforms with web design (per your suggestion). Now I think I’ll stick to the habit of calling the poor saps in my life who live ina PC world and asking, “how’s it look now? OK, how ’bout now?”
