Is it legal? I dunno. Is it awesome? Oh yes.
Google has been working on porting their Google Earth app over to mac OSX, since that’s what all the cool people use. Well, the beta version of the software leaked out all over the inter-web, and being the deviant sort of person that I am, I thought I’d link it here for all ya’lls. It works, a bit jerky on my powerbook, but it works.
Who loves ya, baby?

I saw this app two weeks ago on a guy’s PC and then cursed all things holy and otherwise when I found that there was no love for OS X. Thank you, Mike Lee- Liberator of the Honourably Opressed, for sharing this. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

You are a god among nerds. Hail Mike, watcher of the Earth!

Shhhh… don’t tell, but I found a way to import the Google Earth sat photos into Flight Simulator for photo-real terrain. That’s good because the Nashville area looks terrible in the game.
Oh crap, did I just challenge Mike for god of the nerds? It was an accident, I promise.

Someday, when we get to heaven, Mike will be held in Judgement regarding the number of hours he has stolen from us with things like this. Tremble, nerd. Tremble indeed.
