The 1950s was a great era for appliances. This last Christmas I drove my mother to the bottle (not really) trying to find me a blender that was red laquer over stainless steel, just like the 50s. Yeah, I like this look, too. Very cornflower. Or is it pewter blue? Or wedgewood? Huh. Cerise
